I assume you arev talking about NEET where you have got 59680 all india merit rank. With your rank and category. For ST category 36 seats are reserved in total for the 15% all india quota and with your rank there are high chances that you might get a seat through all india quota.

For different states there are different state level exams ggiving admission to BVSc courses like for Rajasthan it is  RPVT 2020 , similarly universities have their own entrance exams too like BHU.
