Dear Akshay,

First of all congratulations for getting 560 NEET 2018.
Though getting a MBBS seat depends on the category you belong ( i.e general / reserved) or the state you belong, It is likely that you will get MBBS seat in government medical college in Kerala under 85% quota with this decent score.  So just stay calm and wait for results to be announced.
Best of luck !
