The cutoff percentile trends vary every year depending on a number of factors such as the availability of seats, the difficulty level of the examination, etc.

According to previous years,  the cutoff percentile for IITs in OBC quota in 2019 was 74.3166557 and in 2018 it was 45. So you could have a fair chance of getting into IIts.
