Now on the rank you are getting is unfortunately not enough to get an IIIT and the major reason being most of IIITs have only circuital branch which have high cutoff. You can participate in CSAB counseling and maybe you get some IIITs seat as unexpected things can happen in CSAB counseling.

No, assuming youre a General Category Candidate, you wont or have extremely low chances of securing a seat at any of the IIITs, with 93 Percentile in JEE Main. Of course, you do have better prospects during Counselling incase youre from one of the Categories.
