First of all, your board examination percentage has nothing to do with the fact that you are going to get into AIIMS or not. For getting into AIIMS, you need to clear the examination which is conducted separately. So you need to prepare for that. Just for your information AIIMS has an extra subject, i.e. General Knowledge. So you need to pay attention to that as well.
