It would be better to predict the chances of getting the respective college if you could have provided your category. With the marks of 450 and belonging to the sc category , the chances of getting a seat through the state quota is not at all possible. Rather you may try to opt through management quota which might be quite possible enough. Also if you belong to any reserved then there might be possibilities of getting through state quota.
