No you cannot opt for both the scholarships if that is what you were asking for. Even if you are eligible and fulfill criteria for both, you cannot receive both the scholarship at a time.

Also you need to inform the authorities about the scholarship, you have opted for and there is no provision for two scholarships at the same time.
