your rank is not good enough to get a seat in iiit, nit or gftis through josaa counselling. you have a very low chance of getting the lower nits like sikkim, mizoram only in the speial rounds. you can try for gftis in the special rounds. west bengal government colleges accept only wbjee rank not jee rank.

basing upon your obc category rank in JEE MAINS, you may not get admission into a reputed government engineering college in West Bengal or Madhya Pradesh. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling since you're a OBC candidate and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You can also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges to get your desired branch through Jee Mains score.
