Hello aspirant ,
According to your qouted details it's not possible for you to get into any NIT ,. GFTI and IIT through jossa or csab councelling.
You need to score rank ( CRL ) atleast under 10,000
To claim your chances.
I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance and state level entrance exams.
