And 127 Reputed college are affiliated to IPU that means that 127 colleges come under IPU. The colleges that are included under IPU are both Government and Self-Financing Colleges. 91 colleges are self-financing and 36 colleges are Government. IPU conducts IPUCET Entrance Exam for the Admission.

And, Yes you can get the IPU College in 9000 Rank for the course eco Honors because for the admission the minimum rank and maximum rank criteria for the  in IPU college is different. So, you'll just have to check that with your rank which college you and getting of IPU.
