But you can roughly predict it using the previous years cut off. But the cut off for different branches in different campuses varies every year due to different reasons. This gives you an approximate idea about the chances you have to get into the university. The closing rank to get into IT branch in:

Yes,you can easily get admission in manipal as its exam is very easy and many top rankers in that exam don't take admission,then you have advantage of getting in it.

• Take admission in the main campus only as other campuses of manipal are not good.
• Main camous has a very good placement record.The CEO of Microsoft is an alumni of MANIPAL main campus.
• You can get admission easily,now start preparing for your preffered branch,you need to start coding now start programming and become master in it.
• You can also try to get admission in other best college in India.

TRY TO GET ADMISSION IN CSE
As cse has more value than IT.
Many good companies demands CSE than IT. moreover in CSE you will get to learn about core subjects related to programming.
You will get many opportunities in Manipal as it has good infrastructure and facilities for its students.They provide good facilities such as internship.
I want to give you my advice
KNOWLEDGE MATTERS, COLLEGE DOESN'T MATTER.
Your knowledge will take you to your desired goal not your degree.
If you not get in Manipal then don't upset with it.
You may get admission in other colleges.
