you can get job in isro after you have completed course on aerospace engineering or btech in electrical, mechanical or civil or electronics and communication or eee or computer science engineering etc. after completing MSC in physics there is job opportunity in isro as scientist profile, but there should be specific requirement in  the relevant discipline for job opportunity. being a aerospace engineer does not ensure that you will surely get job in isro. so choose b.tech course if you have really interested in it. not take any course as for any specific job criteria.
