It will be slightly difficult to get admission in King George medical college at this score. Last year the cut off was 589 marks for general category students and 575 Marks for OBC candidates. 

But the cut off may change as if depends upon a lot of factors like no. of seats in the college, no. of candidates applied, difficulty level of the exam, performance in the exam etc.

Your score slightly below the cut off, so getting admission there would be difficult.
