My score is 531 in NEET 2018. I belong to OBC category with UP domicile. Can I expect KGMC, Lucknow in the 2nd round of state counselling?

KGMC being a première institute you have low chances of getting a seat at this rank. But you should still attend the counselling as sometimes your obc rank might be good compared to others
