Based on previous year cutoffs for LMNIIT , wih your rank in JEE Mains, you have decent chances of getting a seat in Btech CSE branch.
The exact cutoff vary every year depending on various factors. So please go for the Counseling.

Even if you don't get into CSE, you can get seat in Communication and Computer Engineering (CCE) , Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
