Dear Jyoti, under All India Quota, for 2018, the cut off for OBC Category was 556. And this score secured a seat in ESIC Faridabad. And the cut off for Maharaja Agrasen Medical College has higher cut off marks. So, with 506 marks, it is a tough job. Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now as far as Maharja Agrasen Medical College is concerned, you may get the college in last round of counselling or may be in the 2nd round . It all depends upon the cut off.
