Hi, the cut off marks for ST Category in NEET Exam are 40 percentile that is, 107-133 marks. The universities reserve 7.5% seats for ST students. With 245 marks it will be a little difficult for you to get a medical seat through All India Quota or State Quota, but you can definitely get Management seat in any private college by paying the donation money.It will be little difficult to provide you with a list of colleges as you haven't mention the state you prefer, so please refer to the link below or let us know the states that you prefer and I would suggest you to use the NEET college prdeictor.
