If you got 235 marks in NEET, getting a seat in a government medical college is really, really hard. The marks are a bit low for MBBS in government colleges. With 235 marks in NEET, getting a seat in a government medical college is very difficult, especially for the general category. Government MBBS seats usually need much higher marks.

But if you belong to a reserved category like SC/ST, there might be a very small chance in some states with lower cut-offs. Still, it is not guaranteed.

You can try for private colleges or consider courses like BDS, BAMS, or BHMS.
