As you have mentioned you are from SC Category and your  neet 2020 score is 360 marks. Seeing to your category you have chances of getting a seat in government college for mbbs. Which college you will get depends upon cut off of the colleges. Cut off changes every year . Expei cut off neet 2020 is 50 th percentile for general category ( 791-134 marks)

For SC/St/OBC it is 40th percntile ie score between 133-107. Hence you can get seat in Maharashtra, if you have Maharashtra domicile and s. Caste Certificate.
