Hi

Can you please help with your state of domicile please as private colleges offer seat through state quota only.

So , with 280 marks you will get a seat in private medical college or not depends upon your state.

But based on previous trends you may get a government quota seat in private medical college.

For example, last year in neet 2019 , 244 marks for general category got a Government quota seat in Geetanjali Medical College which is a private medical college in Rajasthan

Thank you

The qualifying marks for NEET for general category candidates in 50th percentile. So the unreserved candidates who has got at least 134 marks in NEET, are NEET qualified. It will be difficult to find any private college for MBBS with 280 marks. You may have to go for Management quota. But rather than spending a lot of money, I would suggest you to prepare well and appear for NEET again.
