You have a sure shot chance at getting  a government as well as semi government medical college under the NT-2/NT-C quota with a score of 494. Just make sure you have all the certificates and documents in place before the counselling begins and that you fill in the correct college codes in the preference form. The college codes will be provided in the official preference form itself.
