Since you have a low score in neet 2019 ots difficult to get a government college.But you can go for private medical college in India but they charge a lot of fees. Average fee of a private medical college is ₹10-15Lac rs... It is better to get admission in colleges in Belarus, Phillipines or Russia or amy other foreign colleges. You just have to clear MCI after completing your  MBBS  course from abroad
