You will have to aim for marks above 375+ as that will be considered as the safest score, but it all depends upon your domicile as state quota can also help a lot if you wont get seat under all india quota.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc
