Hello aspirant, 

Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 540 marks to get into a government medical college in telangana if you are an esi candidate. So surely you won't be able to get one of these seats. 

Talking about B category seats, last year the minimum cutoff for the same was 410 marks and the rank achieved at that score was 69,545. So you may have chances if you have a rank near that.
