With this score it is very tough to get any government or private college in vangolare karnataka mainly under general category. You at least require more than 450 to 500 marks in order yo get a seat.

Hello Anamika, You won't be able to get a seat on the basis of your merit rank of NEET because it's not enough for you to secure an MBBS seat in other state college given then you belong from general category. I suggest you get admission through donation or study abroad if you can afford it.
