You have scored  well but it is not enough to get a mbbs seat in the government college with obc category.  Last year opening ranks for obc category in gujarat are  490- 500 for mbbs.  

You don't have much chance to get government mbbs seat but you can get private mbbs seat through management quota  which will be expensive. 

Or either you can get government bds seat. Last year opening marks for bds seat in Gujarat for obc category was 370.
