Hello,

As per last years cutoff, getting a government medical seat this score is not possible with both All India Quota and State Quota. You can refer last years cutoff.

Going by last year's cutoffs, with 424 marks it would be quite difficult to get any government Medical college through EWS category under 85% state quota as last year the minimum cutoff of all was 504 of Malda Medical college and Hospital. Now there are high chances that the cutoffs may increase so it would be more difficult to get any government Medical college.
