Last year the cutoff for mechanical Engineering were as follows -

BITS Goa - 280

BITS Hyderabad - 275

You would be able to get both the branches comfortably , and you can even get mechanical in Pilani also , as cutoffs are tending to decrease every year at BITSAT ,so congratulations on such a good score and All the Best .
