With 70 percentile in SC category you Category rank will be between 18000- 24000 and even with home state quota of Tamil Nadu you will not be able to get into any trade in NIT Trichy or in any NITs
You still can try to secure a good college other than NIT and for SC students there is a scholarship fees as per which the tution fee is paid by government you can avail it's benefits as  well

I guess you are trying to ask about NIT TRICHY instead of "MIT TRICHY".So, based on your percentile I guess there are no chances for you to get a seat in NIT TRICHY.
