If you have cleared your mains then you can apply for various private colleges like LNCT, madhav institute of technology etc.

I am sorry to say that it is very difficult or just having zero possibility of getting a college based on such a poor rank in JEE Mains. You can try on the basis of your Board Exam marks or apply for other entrance exams of the state.
