HELLO RUSHI
I THINK YOU SHOULD NOT THINK ABOUT THE COLLEGE RIGHT NOW. BECAUSE IT WILL ALL DEPEND ON YOUR RANK WHICH WILL BE DISPLAYED AFTER YOUR APRIL SESSION. SO BEST OF LUCK FOR YOUR APRIL SESSION.
HI RUSHI
AS THEY ARE CALCULATING THE BEST OF TWO SO IF YOU SCORE MORE PERCENTILE IN APRIL EXAM THEN THERE ARE CHANCES TO GET BETTER NIT BECAUSE ALLOTMENT WILL BE DEPENDED ON THE RANK WJICH WILL BE ALLOTED ONLY AFTER THE RESULT OF BOTH THE EXAMS.

Hello Rushi. The final result may differ after the April exam because your percentile may change depending on the difficulty level of the exam, no. of students appearing, etc. As for now, assuming you are a general category student, with 84 percentile your probable rank range might be 174,758 - 194,758. With this rank your chances of getting a good NIT is tough. You can check your college from our college predictor.

I would recommend that you give the April JEE Mains exam and try to score a percentile of around 85-90.
Hope this helps. For more queries you can comment down below.
Good luck!
