You are less likely to get a seat even if you are a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

You may have a chance to get a seat in lower NITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Silchar, Mizoram,  Puducherry and likewise.....

In SC category, last year cut off rank of any branch at NIT Andhra Pradesh is below 8500 according JoSAA counselling.....

You can try in Special Rounds like in CSAB after JoSAA counselling....
