If you willing to pay 6-7 lakhs per year then using state quota you can get admission in private colleges. But the private seats may require donations which is depended upon the reputation of the college that you are willing to join. If you are looking for govt. seats in private colleges then the possibility is very low to get seat with score of 230 out of 720 in NEET 2019. But it still worth a try. So i would suggest you to give optiions including those private colleges.
