Hi Sandeep, first of all congratulations on your marks.I am sorry to disappoint you that you cant get PGIMS under AIQ because according to last years its cutoff was 606 marks, but you can easily apply through State Quota as according to last years its cutoff was 486 marks.

Yes you have fair chances of getting PGIMS Rohtak as last year least marks to secure a seat was 506 marks from your category under state quota so yes you have chances . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
