You have less chances to get private colleges for MBBS and BDS based on your marks. If you are interested you can go paramedical courses.

There are less chances for you to get any MBBS/BDS college under 15% and 85 quota.
Chances can be there for private colleges but not good ones.

I will suggest you to appear for the exam next year and take professional guidance this year if required.

You have less chances to get seat in MBBS/BDS courses in Govt and private colleges as well but if you want you can try for paramedical courses in private institutions.
