         RGPV(Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya) is a state university of Madhya Pradesh and I also sorry to say that as your percentile is low you may not get admission in it if you are from general category.

Three factor which determines admission in RGPV are

1. Domecile which means that if you are a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh for the past 10 years

2 which category you belongs i.e ST/SC, OBC or GENERAL
If you are of OBC or GENERAL  category you may not get it but if you are of ST/SC CATEGORY you can easily get it.

3. If you not get the college in state college counseling you can try in CLC( college level councling round ) which is for the Vacant seats in college.
