can i get seat for mbbs 2022 through meghalaya quota. I am ST category and i expect to get around 300 marks in neet 2022

You can expect your rank to be around 3.6lakhs-3.7 lakhs as it was in NEET 2021.
However it may slightly change according to the cut off this year.

See, there are no seats reserved in AIQ and NEIGRIHMS for ST category candidates and thus the cut off is generally high.
It is open to north eastern states and Sikkim permanent residents.
Now there are few seats reserved for ST candidates in Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya.
And the closing ranks for these are around AIR 20k-30k.
You clearly have no chances of fetching a government medical seat.
You can opt for admission to private medical colleges through the deemed/paid seats quota.
