I don't think it will be possible for you to get a seat in Amrita University, Coimbatore because I have looked at previous 5 year trend in cutoff of AEEE and it is very clear that you need to secure a rank below 20,000 to stand and it even gets harder when you talk about CSE branch for both home and other state qouta.

Well if we go by your aeee rank then you have no-meagre chances of getting cse at coimbatore as cut off for cse at coimbatore is very high for open state quota cse closes at 1813 and for state quota cse closes at around 13k(acc to previous years cut off analysis) also chances of getting cse with rank around 20,499 at other branches are also meagre , as for jee score amrita has started considering jee main score from this year onwards only so nothing can be predicted it depends upon how many students are willing to take admission in amrita through mains and what is the highest score of candidate in mains applied at amrita etc etc .
