Hey,
The cutoff changes every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates and the difficulty level of the examination.
Since you have not mentioned your category,so I assume that you belong to general category.
If we take into consideration the previous year cutoff,then you don't have any chance under All India Quota or State Qouta. However,you can apply in Private Medical Colleges.

Hi, 

You have scored good in neet 2019 but it is not enough to get a government medical college through all India quota. 

You can get private medical college with this marks so do apply for the private medical colleges counselling of your state. But it will be expensive. So you can also try next year for neet because your score are good.
