Well you know very well there are very few colleges in Bihar, this makes it very difficult for u to get a seat. Chances are less. In case you are literally determined then please apply for other states as well, but again you need a higher score.

Yes, there's a possibility that you will be able to get a mbbs seat in a private medical college with that score. however, there's also a possibility of you getting bds in a government college. hope you choose wisely.
