It is difficult to say the exact cut off of this year because it depends on the many factors but we can predict the the rank required using previous year cut off. You have not mentioned your category. The previous year cut off for general category was 19320 so if you belong to general category then you need to get a rank below 20000 to get a seat in CVR. If you belong to reserved category then with 20000 rank you can get seat in CVR. These are previous year cut off and it will increase or decrease this year.
