Hello Aspirant,

Kindly mention your category for better analysis and prediction as it depends on your category as well as the cutoff in the state. So as you havent mentioned your category assuming you as General category 454 marks is quite low for getting a seat in government medical college in Karnataka. As the cutoff varies year to year based on several factors like total no of students appeared in the exam, etc you need to score around 540+ to be on the safer sider.
