381 marks is not enough for general category for getting a seat in government medical college in any state considering high cut off.
You may prepare again and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor by clearing neet with flying colours next year.

Honestly speaking, With a score of 381 in the unreserved category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 500 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the state quota.
