Yes you can definitely get admission into some prestigious college of engineering like iits with your sc preparatory rank of2200 in jee advance.

But you might not get seat in any core subjects in any iit as core subjects has high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission even they are under sc category.

You will get seats in 6th or 7th round of josaa councelling if you had made wright choices of non core branches in iits.
