As you have scored 206 marks in Neet examination 2019 and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility . It is difficult to tell without category as cutoff varies for each category. With 206 marks in Neet examination is is not possible to get a government MBBS seat or government Bams seat . You can try for private Bams colleges .
