When we look into last year stats, with 348 marks your all india rank would be around 2 lakhs. Yes of course there are no chances to get a free medical seat in telangana with that score. But yeah, in karnataka the cut off for SC category was around 1.9lakhs. So, you might get a seat there if you try but we can't say for sure as the cut off varies every year based on various criteria.
