Yes you can get a seat in NIT but lower branch like biotechnology or production in lower level NITs. The cutoff for obc under jossa counseling closed around 50k, as per previous year cutoffs. So you can get into NITs, try filling from upper to lower branch during counseling and must opt for internal sliding so that you can change your branch in future.
