Yes you can get admission in Nitte Meenakshi College with your rank but it is difficult, considering that ECE branch is a decently in-demand course, and your rank is pretty decent. You can try through the vacancy rounds which will get you a better chance of getting admission there. And you must also try for other colleges as an option B. All the best!

You are definitely eligible for ECE branch in NMIT but you have to wait till 3rd or 4th round of counselling, you are also eligible for other branches in first round but for ECE you have to wait. Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT) was established in 2007. It is an Autonomous Institution affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), with the approval of UGC and Accredited by National Board of Accreditation(NBA) and National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC-UGC).

The admission in NMIT is taken on the basis of 2 categories. General and Hyderabad-Karnataka. If I assume that you are from a general category then it would be very difficult to get admission in ECE branch because the previous year cutoffs for ECE were at 9366 ranks. And it is impossible this year for the rank to fall down.
