iiest shivpur formerly known as BESU doesnot  give admission through wbjee exam. you need to crack jee main exam to get admission in iiest shivpur. and in 10+2 aggregate marks needed is 75% and 65% for sc/st.

IIEST will take admission through JEE Main only. You need to score more than 160 marks in JEE Main to get admission in this institute.

So the answer is no. You cant cant admission on the basis of wbjee istead you can get admission on the basis of jee mains only.
