Hello, with a score of 514 it is difficult to get admission into Grant Medical College. Last year's cut off for State Quota is 603 for General Catergory and for All India Quota 607 is for General Category. However according to last year's cut offs, there are some colleges like

4. Rajarshee Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Government Medical College and CPR hospital, Kolhapur. (Cut off 505 - 2018) 

5. Government Medical College, Jalgaon (cut off 490 - 2018)
